Dr. James Carter was a Dear Friend, a Servant Leader, a Big Brother, a Loving Father, and a Trusted Advisor. He was a tireless supporter of children and a beacon of strength and wisdom for all of us. His life was an inspiration, reminding us to cherish each moment and LIVE each day to the fullest.
