NBMBAA’s primary mission is to develop, conduct and promote educational, research and training programs designed to enhance the effectiveness of its members, as they consider legislation and issues of public policy which impact, either directly or indirectly upon "the general welfare" of African American constituents within their respective jurisdictions.

The Seattle Chapter of the National Black MBA Association provides personal and professional development, career guidance, mentoring and networking through life-changing strategic initiatives, innovative programming, and various channels of engagement.
We support and identify qualified Black candidates for professional and executive-level job opportunities, while fostering career connections through our dynamic network of business professionals.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The Seattle Chapter of the National Black MBA Association has partnered with various corporations, and government agencies to support our members pursuing entrepreneurship. In 2022, we are focused on providing dedicated resources to ensure entrepreneurs and existing small businesses get the strategies as well as aid needed to create generational wealth. We offer a powerful blend of intensive small business training, by subject matter experts from various industries. We are partnering with Leaders in the industry to bring you top notch training that will transform your business and your life.

The “Lifestyle” pillar reflects the best of black excellence in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Puget Sound area. This includes personal development, Fitness and wellness, spiritual engagement, networking, the arts, fashion, sports, music, and more. In 2022, we will inviting you to join a journey of true transformation, for deep reflections of Mind, Body and Spirit.
