It is Black History Month, and the National Black MBA Association, Western New York Chapter is hosting Black Love in the Kitchen, a virtual and interactive cooking class, with Chef Elle on Saturday, February 26 at noon. Join us for brunch; we will be making salmon croquettes and grits with a Cajun aioli and a blood orange champagne cocktail. And we will be giving away an EXTRAordinary Nikki’s Chocolates’ creation.

About Chef Elle
Lauren Gresham (Chef Elle), the owner of Ravelle Culinary Creations, LLC, was trained at the International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute) in Manhattan, NY. She graduated with honors in April 2014. Her vision was to create a small business that would ravel together all her culinary interests and serve as a platform to help her share them with her community.
About Nikki’s Chocolates
Jannell Eason, the owner of Nikki’s Chocolates WNY, LLC, is a Chocolatier. She aims to “delight your taste buds.” She makes handmade candies and dipped treats such as truffles, barks, strawberries, and pretzels. And Jannell makes signature desserts, including salted caramel or lemon cookie truffles, red velvet and carrot cakes, and brownies.
