Patricia is bi-racial and was born in Germany to a German mother and Black father which allows her to bring a unique perspective to racial issues. As a consultant and coach, Patricia is an expert at coaching individuals and facilitating leadership teams through the lens of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Her facilitation and training work with Microsoft, F5 Networks, King County Metro, M.R.M. Word-wide, Publicis, the Cities of Sammamish, and Newcastle empowered them to create positive, executable improvements to increase efficiency and measurable success. She has a proven record for helping teams increase productivity and provide increased visibility to the executive level. She has demonstrated success in managing large, complex, multi-faceted projects with lasting results.
