Traci Harrell is a Diversity, Equity& Inclusion Consultant, an International Best-Selling Author, a dynamic Speaker/Trainer, and an Executive Level Professional who brings a contagious level of excellence and energy, as a Community Leader and Change Agent. In 2020, Traci was honored with the prestigious Top 100 Executives under 50 Award by national Diversity M.B.A. Magazine. She has over 25 years of Corporate Leadership Experience, with a professional career that consists of 8 years at IBM, 14 years atDisney, and 5 years at Microsoft. Traci’s international and domestic expertise includes: Strategic Planning, Consulting, Corporate Training, Professional Development, Internal Audit, Business Controls and Project Management. Traci is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and holds two Master’s Level degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Project Management, as a PMP(Project Management Professional). She is founder of It’s All Bigger Than Me Ministry, and President of It’s All Bigger Than Me Consulting, LLC.
Traci’s true passion is partnering with others to drive positive change in the world, specifically in the areas of Leadership Development - and - Equity & Inclusion. In addition to serving for over 20 years in Leadership roles with the National Black M.B.A. Association across the country, Traci has demonstrated a lifetime of investing in others through Leadership Roles with Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) at IBM, Microsoft, and as President at Disney’s ERG (then the largest single-site employer in the Nation). Traci continues to serve her Community as an active member of the Executive Advisory Board for the Washington State Coalition of African Community Leaders, WSCACL, (a Coalition of over 25 member organizations, representing the African diaspora). Traci is also currently serving as the D&I Lead for SCORE Seattle (a resource for Entrepreneurs across the country through the Small Business Administration). Traci first became an International Best-Selling Author in 2020, in a total of 16 countries and 18 Amazon Book categories, with her stories in, ‘Ignite Happiness’ and ‘Ignite Inner Spirit’. She will complete this Best-Selling series in 2021 with, ‘Ignite Possibilities’ and ‘How to Ignite Inclusion’.
Traci continues to partner with Leaders around the world to lead a Change Initiative called the “Bigger Than Me - SuccessSeries: Achieving Racial Equity & Inclusion in Business, Education, Wealth and Health”, which is now the source of a video documentary under development to provide a RoadMap to Inclusion.Traci is currently leading a collective Call-to-Action for leaders and professionals world-wide to adopt a new level of urgency and ownership to achieve Equity &Inclusion, with a Process called,
